1. This machine is manufactured from high tensile steel and manufactured under the strictest standards using high precision welding.
2. Our heavy duty double column designed high tensile steel columns are chromium plated for maximum life span.
3. Our patented detached concrete feeding system that feeds the mould is designed in such a way that the concrete maintains its compound ratio and fills the mould perfectly everytime.
4. All our machines use the latest German multi-source vibrating technology and are controlled by Siemens PLC's.
5. Our moulds are designed in such a way that they are easily interchangeable.
6. The Siemens PLC systems use large LCD HMI's (Human Machine Interface) which are user friendly making the machines easy to use.
7. All Revaro Block making machines are manufactured under ISO 9001 - 2000 and have CE certification. These machines are already hard at work in over 100 countries.
8. Facemix devices can be added to all our standard models so that they can manufacture multi-coloured pavers if required.
